PROGRAM NAME
HPE Compute Sales Incentive with Azure Local – North America
PROGRAM PERIOD
February 9, 2026 – October 31, 2026
WHO IS ELIGIBLE :
- NA (US & Canada) Compute Sales Reps and DSRs under Mike Loncar (the “Participants”)
- NA (US) Compute DSRs under Michael Meek (the “Participants”)

Winning Criteria:
All Participants can earn points when they sell Azure Local. The more they sell the more points they can earn!
- 5 points per 16-core license SKU sold – P84046-B21
- 2 points per Azure Local node sold – DL145, DL360 or DL380
- 1 point for Net-NEW Azure Local Deals in Pipeline
All opportunities must be in Sales Force – send emails to Cody Funk with SFID.
We will keep track of the points and send out monthly reminders, plus there will be a site where Participants can go to see their points. All data from the site will be deleted on November 14, 2026. The data will not be shared outside of HPE. Participants who wish to opt out of sharing their name on the site, should send an email to Cody Funk.
HPE reserves the right to modify or add to the above criteria. Participants meeting the above winning criteria (“Winners”) shall be entitled to receive the Award as outlined above.

Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions govern the subject matter of this Program.
- This Program runs from February 9, 2026 – October 31, 2026 (inclusive). All sales registrations and submittals should be completed at the latest on November 14, 2026.
- The Program is valid in the US/North America.
- This Program is open to participants in North America – US & Canada – Compute Sales Org (SRs & DSRs) under Mike Loncar and North America – US DSRs under Michael Meek. The Program budget will be allocated on a first come first serve basis based on deal registration orders posted in Sales Force and received by Cody Funk.
- All data from the Leaderboard site will be deleted on November 14, 2026. The data will not be shared outside of HPE. Participants who wish to opt out of sharing their name on the Leaderboard site, should send an email to Cody Funk.
- Only sales/activities involving Eligible Products are eligible for this Program.
- The Program shall terminate at the Program end date or when the Program budget has been reached, whichever is earlier. The Program budget will not exceed US $15,000 in total.
- Winner selections are made at the sole discretion of HPE and HPE NA Microsoft Alliance Team organization based on the winning criteria set forth above.
- Winner must be an eligible HPE employee as defined above. Where legally permissible, the winner must be an HPE employee for the duration of the Program Period in order to benefit from the award.
- Program rewards are available to eligible HPE employees that actively participated in the eligible deal, as determined by HPE. For each opportunity, only one employee is eligible, unless otherwise is stated herein. HPE reserves the right to refuse to review or pay rewards based on submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading data.
- HPE reserves the right to review, modify, extend or discontinue any and/or all aspects of the Program without prior notice. The Program may be extended by HPE at its sole discretion.
- Program rewards are for the Winners’ personal use only. Winners are not entitled to substitution, cash redemption or transfer of awards.
- HPE reserves the right to request additional information regarding any claim and supporting documentation. All documentation submitted for this Program becomes the property of HPE and will not be returned. Submission of a false claim or incorrect or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this Program, future HPE Programs, and/or may result in civil or criminal liability to the submitter.
- For the purposes of this Program, HPE cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and to the extent permitted by applicable law shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
- Participants are expected to abide by the SBC and all other HPE policies. Failure to do so will negate an employee’s eligibility to participate in this Program and/or to redeem the prize. By participating, employees agree that Program rewards are for the Winner’s personal use only and may not be sold and/or transferred to third parties.
- By entering this Program, Participants release HPE and its agencies, contractors, and employees from any claim arising out of this Program and agree to abide by these official rules and by the decisions of HPE, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Program.
- All country taxation guidelines will be followed for the country of the selected winners. Awards may be subject to applicable taxation and withholdings pursuant to local laws. Winners are solely responsible for any tax implications.
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents and any and all internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions or defects of computer systems or websites utilized in the promotion, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost; and any entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated or illegible. False or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By participating in this Program entrants agree to hold HPE and its directors, officers, employees, licensees and assigns harmless against all and any liability and claims and injuries that may arise from or be based upon participation, winning, acceptance and/or use of the Award received in connection with this Program, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, property damages or other injury or accident.
- Any personal data which you may provide when you participate in this Program will only be used by HPE in accordance with the Employee Privacy Policy and if applicable, its subcontractors or service providers, for the purposes of this Program and Participants consent to use of their data for these purposes.
For those countries that require consultation with works councils or other employee representatives, this is not intended to provide country-specific complete information and in no way reflects that final decisions have been made at a country level. With respect to such countries, final decisions are subject to prior consultation with works councils and other employee representatives, as required, and in compliance with local laws.
